Terms & Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of boudoirgrapher.com and any photography services booked through it. By booking a session or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Boudoirgrapher ("we", "us") provides private boudoir, glamour, fine art and couples photography sessions in Mumbai, India, together with editing and digital delivery of selected images. Session inclusions are those listed on the Pricing page or in your written booking confirmation.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session or appear in any photographs. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for every person photographed.
3. Booking & payment
- A booking is confirmed only after a 30% non-refundable retainer is received.
- The balance is payable on or before the session date.
- All payments are in INR and processed by Razorpay. We do not store card data.
- Quoted prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Rescheduling & cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Image rights & confidentiality
- Copyright in all photographs remains with Boudoirgrapher.
- You receive a perpetual, non-commercial personal usage licence for delivered images.
- We will never publish, display or share your images — including for portfolio or marketing purposes — without your separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Images may not be resold, licensed, or used commercially without written permission.
6. Conduct
Sessions are professional engagements. Any harassment, intoxication, or unlawful conduct will end the session immediately with no refund. Either party may pause or end a session at any time for comfort or safety.
7. Delivery
Retouched images are delivered digitally as described in the Delivery Policy. Physical products, where purchased, are shipped within India.
8. Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or force majeure, our liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refunding amounts paid for the affected session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
