Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Booking retainer
A 30% retainer confirms your date and is non-refundable, as it reserves studio time that is turned away from other clients. It is fully adjustable against your session balance.
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the session: full refund of everything paid except the 30% retainer.
- 7–14 days before: 50% of the balance paid (excluding retainer) is refunded.
- Less than 7 days before, or no-show: no refund.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the session, subject to availability, within 6 months of the original date. Later or repeat reschedules attract a ₹5,000 rebooking fee.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel for any reason — illness, equipment failure, or force majeure — you may reschedule at no cost or receive a 100% refund of everything paid, including the retainer.
After the session
Because photography is a personalised service, completed sessions and delivered digital images are not refundable. If you are unhappy with the edit of a delivered image, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will re-edit it at no charge.
Physical products
Albums and prints are custom-made and non-returnable, except where they arrive damaged or defective. Report damage with photographs within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
Refund timeline & method
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to credit the amount.
