- Booking and payment records (transaction ID, amount, status) — card details are never seen or stored by us.
- Identification documents, where legally required to confirm age.
- Photographs created during your session.
- Basic, anonymised website analytics.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, plan and deliver your session, process payment, and meet legal obligations. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not send marketing without opt-in consent.
Your photographs
- Delivered through a private, password-protected gallery — never over public messaging.
- Never published or shown to anyone without your separate written consent.
- Consent to display can be withdrawn at any time by email.
- Original files are stored encrypted and deleted permanently on request.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card and banking details are processed on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems and are not accessible to us.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for 12 months. Booking and tax records are retained as required by Indian law. Session images are retained for 12 months after delivery unless you request earlier deletion or extended archival.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data and images at any time by writing to hello@boudoirgrapher.com. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
